Rent Collection Services - Clearnow, PayYourRent, etc.

Anyone using a rent collection service that automatically debits the tenant's accounts? One of the nice features is that these two services will supposedly forward the tenant payment info to Experian's RentBureau so that the tenant's credit score increases as they rent. You can also set these services up to do the withdrawals on every PAYDAY, not just once a month. But that gets spendy.
