I doubt there's an HML on the face of the Earth that has the same statistics toward the types of properties they loan against.

But the point is, if that's not really the way they understand the situation, we're not talking about an earth-shattering tax break here.

If the tenant has young children or pets outside you can use some natural earth products that desiccate them when they walk through it.Hope this helps.
