I am launching a service for landlords and need help prioritizing our launch markets.We believe the service will be best suited for landlords of SFR closing followed by smaller multiplexes.Does anybody know where to get market statics by dwelling type and market?

I sold fuller brush door to door.. was good at it but 50 bucks a week was not going to cut it.. bagged groceries for 2.18 an hour which was pretty good with 25 cent gas. and I dreamed of being a checker with the 10 dollar an hour pay and what would I do with all that money. 

rejection in many forms is SOP for door knocking  direct mail any type of advertising really.My first job way back when was selling Fuller Brush door to door.. much like being on a Mormom missions or a Witness coming to your door.. or selling magazines.. etc.good advise above.. when you knock on the door ALWAYS step back.. and down a step if there is one.. 

Like others have said already put out the brush fire before it spreads into a forest fire. 

But for the amount of savings I got by using them, brushing off a few small slivers of vinyl is well worth it.Here's a picture of my before and after.

If the HoA is basically gone then good luck trying to get communal funds to pay for the roof if a limb falls or brushes it to the point of damage.  

I spoke to a few RE agents and asked if they had sellers willing to go with "subject to" but all brushed it off as if it doesn't exist.

I drive everyday down woodward to the heart of the city at campus martius, through North Detroit, Highland Park, midtown, brush Park, and finally downtown.

I'm not saying your agent is on the right track because he/she may be giving you the brush off but it's also possible they are expecting you to run the numbers on the deals to make sure they work for YOU. 

You need to either brush up on the legal way to evict a squatter or to contact a local attorney who handles evictions.
