Market data - how many rental units per market

I am launching a service for landlords and need help prioritizing our launch markets. We believe the service will be best suited for landlords of SFR closing followed by smaller multiplexes. Does anybody know where to get market statics by dwelling type and market? I.e. Denver has X thousand SFR units, X thousand multiplex (4 units or les)..... Thanks in advance.
