Additionally, the management of a bigger property does not linearly grow -- what I mean is that a 12-unit building doesn't require four times the management of a 4-unit building.

I appreciate any feedback/assistance.I have been living in Paraguay for almost 3 years and now I am looking to start a RE Investment Fund to capitalize on this growing market, seriously :) I plan on bringing in accredited foreign investors mostly from the U.S.

I plan on house hacking when I have the chance and then  growing my real estate portfolio as much as possible as time goes on.

I think it's a good idea to get the properties into an LLC as your investing business grows.
