    @Rachel Sims

    Getting into real estate investing can begin with house hacking. Learn more by setting aims, growing your friend net, and diving into sites like BiggerPockets and other web spots. Read up, tune into talks, and watch online classes about different methods in investing, deal checks, finance options, and taking care of property. Use books, talks, sites, chats, lessons, and meet-ups for more know-how. Look at where you stand, make goals for now and later, and kick off small to mix things up. Keep up with changes in the market, fresh ways to do things, and new rules in real estate.

    Good luck!
