It's one of the most popular cities every suburb in Michigan comes to Detroit to get their fill of entertainment, sports, bars, venues, etc.

The amount of school spirit generated by the sports culture is huge.

Companies are laying off employees as tourism, sports venues, hospitality industry, airlines and others all take major hits.

One niche that is strong and I think very sustainable is buying these units large enough to stuff 24-person sports team into, as there are many camps ard ghdre or four major sport tournaments a weekend throughout most of the year.So, I know this is a wishy-washy answer, but mixed results.

Question is if I invest $40k in one of these super fancy sports experiences would it be worth it?

However, I would never rent to students only to parents and sports players.

If we're going to use sports analogies, if my math is correct, a batter laying down 10 bunts is batting 1.000, has 3 runners on base and 7 across the plate.  

That could be a small price to pay for having access to arguably the best outdoor vacation sports in the Spring and Summer though.
