Nice home in Lago Vista TX Owner financing available 1554 sqft 2017 build Upgrades throughout Attached garage / washer dryer hookup$260k 7% minimum $20k DPMarket over saturated with new builds for cheaper prices but they don’t offer owner financing and my home has upgraded floors, cabinets, countertops etc. where do I post besides Craigslist, Facebook & zillow

Might want to do a sewer scope to see if sewer is still intact - they take a lot of water pressure in a situation like this and if the ground is as saturated as is being reported, sewer pipes can and do shift.Not just bleach water for cleaning, but specialized anti-microbial solution.TONS of patience and a huge sense of humor.

Floating floor over a concrete slab should not be an issue so long as the vapor barrier is sufficient, installed properly, and the slab is not saturated at the time of installation.

With that being said, I would recommend staying away from certain neighborhoods south/east of downtown though - due to your timeline, certain spots are heavily saturated and you may have trouble competing in that market in just a couple years when you're ready to sell.
