Stay laser focused on the education, and when you've got a plan, take action.

Could this be made into a duplex, maybe rent as a hair studio or something, lease it out for storage, get a "roommate", turn it into a home office for tax deduction, or just rent it to a friend or family member for a cash deal?

I don't understand why people dye their hair or why some people spend so much time and effort keeping things detailed and organized. 

Otherwise, so long as you don't hit discrimination areas, if they have pink hair, you don't have to lease to them if your guidelines disqualify those with pink hair. :)

Hair darker on the walls, frame out the bath mirror, doesnt look like ya had much option on the kitchen sink placement, no need for the multi photo, reorganize others.

I think when I referred him to my school district website and he saw an older woman, the gray hair might have scared him off.
