Maybe put up a large decorative wood piece with the address of the property?

I've seen tons of properties bringing in top dollar with just decorations maybe some couches or a simple bed/night stand setup.

Daniella - My first thought is that most vacationers are not going to want to stay in a college decorated house, and to  expect college kids to take excellent care of high-end furnishings is asking a bit much.

Right now Home Depot has their Home Decorators waterproof flooring in Coastal Oak on sale for $1.89/sq ft.

Many owners that were over leveraged are selling now, and we agents are seeing those properties hit the MLS (you can always tell because they're fully furnished yet lack any personal decorations or effects).

I haven't done anything w/ STRs or airbnbs because they are very interior-decorating time-intensive in the beginning and then you need to find property managers who can manage airbnbs well.I like having some in-built equity when buying a rental; it could be a small multifamily w/ small repairs.

There is enough to owning/managing an STR owning the entire place yourself without having to figure out profit sharing, calendar management, decorating arguments, etc. with multiple owners that you do not even know

Keys are location (hospital proximity) and decor so pictures show well to tenants who book almost exclusively online and remotely.
