Employment will continue to rise.Inflation fueled by debt will be the greatest threat by end of the year, but I think we've seen this year that it's a delayed risk which the stock market/mortgage rates can overlook in the short run.In Atlanta, I think we'll see rents continue to rise sharply while new construction continues to spin up and non-investor buyers come back into the market.I think multi-national companies, domestic consumer goods/services, and foreign markets will outperform this year.Take this with a grain of salt.

That said, for the screening criteria (if the potential tenant ask), set a height minimum score, so you can denied anyone you don’t like (ie, tenant with pit bull as support animal ...) base on that without worrying about all the threats of fair housing lawsuits.
