Armondo Montelago's new book?

I just watched flip this house with Armondo Montelago for texas. He's got a new book out. I can't stand him. What do you guys think about his ethics? I suprised he hasn't been sued or received death threats yet. It seems like he gets rewarded for being an unethical jerk. Does anyone know his history. Or where his brother went?
