I've been writing music and making sounds for a living over the past 10 years.  

Single, no kids, I like hiking, fine dining and music. 

We found a neighborhood that is in the early stages of redevelopment and home prices are still affordable, yet I could still walk to a Panthers game or the Music Factory.  

Funny how wild this journey has been, I went from graduating college as a Musical Theatre Major to now being a Partner in a Real Estate Investing Company, and boy am I loving every moment.

It's a great alternative to listening to the same music over and over. 

Or maybe the tenant plays his music too loud and is a daily nuisance to the other tenants.

Music till 2am

However, I do still have debt 25k which composes of an auto loan and consumer credit card.My plan is to purchase a 3-5 bed room home.

There's no sales pitch that's more music to my ears than when someone says, "Don't take my word for it... find out for yourself and if you like what you learn, let's do some business."
