Okay this is remedial question... for you, many deal, pro investors, but one I'm tossing and turning over (even though the adult part of me says "is this not of a simple duh-uhh moment?)

I have done a handful of live-in flips in my adult life, but until the last year or two I wasn't treating real estate as a business. 

It is IMPERATIVE that as landlords we TEACH them how to be responsible adults.  

@Dolly Caswell I grew up in Kotzebue and lived in Anchorage a few years of my adult life so I know exactly what you mean about the discrepancy between prices in Oklahoma versus Alaska.  

Everyone in VC is looking for a deal...whether they're investors or home owners who want to tackle a "fixer" for their parents or adult kids. 

We're adults and we've all been called worse before.

I have growing family 2 adults 3 kids and we do not own a home - we are renters :) Would it be smarter to: 1.

They always have a young entrepreneurs 3 day session where they teach non-adults about real estate investing..

I would assume there will be at least two adults per unit, and maybe children.
