When they submit payment via ACH, does it come out of their account quickly?

When I do ACH transfers between personal linked accounts, I found that PUSHING the funds from the source account to the receiving account means the receiving account makes the funds available right away.

I've recommended that they pay via ACH, since the flat fee is only $2 per transaction.

Have your tenant set up Cozy, bill with QuickBooks, use ACH transfers, or any of the zillion other automated rent collection methods.PMs are useful because of the volume service they provide contractors (faster responses and sometimes better rates) as well as being boots on the ground (for distance owners).

If so, you can legally charge either one OR BOTH of them.The only thing I see to question:  who initiated the ACH? 

We monitor the progress as a percentage of the total tasks and pay for the progress made by ACH transfer every Friday.
