You drive a clapped-out, twenty year old Civic, but your friend drives a new S class! 

No need to waste my time looking at twenty houses if I can afford only one.That said, I "look" at houses every day. 

I envy you living in an area where you can purchase a house, CASH, for what is barely a twenty percent down payment here.  

I jumped into sales and have been on that track ever since.Eventually, I met and married my now husband, @Nich J. who spent much of his early twenties in the Marine Corps.

I have had my metal roof on mine for twenty plus years and have paid for my roof already this way.

When in reality it will probably come roaring back next fall 10x worse.

After twenty years, what do you think he retired with?

Sorry for the twenty questions but I know both who might be interested.My understanding of these kinds of deals is that you would normally take your profit in the form of lots out of the subdivision.
