Has anyone found a way to transfer property bought with 1031 money and in LLC's name into a family members personal name without paying capital gains tax or what's the best way to go about this that works out for both parties?

In 2023, we found that we had to discount the pricing 5% from the Rentometer results because a lot of our rentals needed to come down in price before they rented.  

We found the deal on the MLS and negotiated using our buyers agent.

First off, it is extremely difficult in today’s market to find any “deal” that matches up to his criteria, but in my mind I had actually found one.
