Having just said that aloud, it just dawned on me that they probably have to have sufficient financial standing other than just a good credit score to back up the deal and sign off on a personal guarantee.  

The thought dawned on me a few days ago that if I were to hire contractors to replace the wiring, replace the roof, construct a new bathroom, etc. that I might qualify for a 10 year abatement which would allow me to theoretically lock in the $30,000 assessment on the structure for the next decade.

We will have to get it, and we have put up a camera since.I am thankful the plumbing supplies,dishwasher and vent hood were still there!

Beyond your standard cleaning services, I want a company that will be able to clean linens, clean dishes (in a dishwasher), but also make the bed and leave out/set up specific amenities.

All New: Plumbing, Electric, Windows, Doors, Water Heater, Flooring Bathrooms, Kitchen Cabinets, Appliances, Counter Tops, Island with Sink and Dish Washer, Laundry Room, Sprinkler System Front and Back yards.

One covered parking spot, one off-street parking spot (I have no car), dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas and electric, high-speed internet, keyless entry, etc.

Typically we put in stove and fridge (sometimes dishwasher).
