I've witnessed investors make their decision on purchasing a property based on it being an area considered to be a rental neighborhood, or a owner occupant's neighborhood.I haven't quite yet grasped what difference does it have on an investor's profit if the home is either of the two options.More than happy to hear other's take on this topic, Thanks.
