I’ve yet to meet anyone excited to live in or visit Baltimore.Only thing redeeming about Baltimore is Johns Hopkins University.

Split systems are pretty good, had a job where hvac contractor installed these and they kept the apartments nice and warm in the winter.

This duplex is just shy of two miles directly east of the University of Oklahoma.
