I heard Ron LeGrand mention the Iannottis (Jon & Stephanie) as being the inventors of the ACTS program he was promoting in earnest from approx. 2014 until the present (based partially on LeGrands 1980s approach after the S & L debacle...) the interesting thing when you view the introductory video(s) is how their newer REACT approach has since (2012- 14) evolved into a near "flip- flop" from the ACTS program (Assigning Contracts Terms System?)

Working class, well established neighborhoods with very reasonable tax base, you can get homes under $90,000.00 with taxes in the mid $2's with $1,050+ rents - **PM Me for more detailsI do not play in the lower spectrum of neighborhoods or home prices such as $40-70K with under $1,000.00 rent, just not my cup of tea, I have several homes in my portfolio remaining from that novice/beginner time point in my investment life, but as I have evolved, so have my properties, in category and quality.

Had I known then what I know now, I would've waited to purchase a finished home for myself and started with a live-in flip, or rented while I worked on my first flip.Anyway, now the plan has evolved into hoping I'm able to keep my current home and rent it once I'm in a position to get into another property.I very mucb appreciate
