Hello from Metro St. Louis!
Hi all!
Much of my research has led me to this site, so I figured I would stop lurking in the background and join the conversations.
I'm a Millennial Auto Finance Professional living and working west of STL. Getting on my feet financially, I'm started to figure out how i can get into real estate.
I'm interested in flipping and multizfamily rentals. I'm currently a home-owner. Had I known then what I know now, I would've waited to purchase a finished home for myself and started with a live-in flip, or rented while I worked on my first flip.
Anyway, now the plan has evolved into hoping I'm able to keep my current home and rent it once I'm in a position to get into another property.
I very mucb appreciate
