Why would sports stars, music stars, movie stars buy almost walking distance from your front door?

I’m not a fan of rap music but I do like this song from Big Daddy Kane which is titled, “Ain’t No Half Steppin’”.

I grew up loving art, painting, design, music, etc.

Solution there for the time being is to simply not broker loans to those particular banks, but at some point (no one can predict when) capacity will be reached industry wide and the game of musical chairs will be over.

I enjoy writing music as well.

Eve's major is music and they've been told they need to practice 3-4 hours a day.
