I am now getting telemarketing calls.I like telemarketing as a acquisition technique I used it exclusively to buy timber stands and timber tracts.. we only sent mail if we could not get them on the phone.my main tip is and this is based on calls this week.. those on the other end of the line were either out sourced out of country VA style and their English was poor and so other than Hey can we add you to our buyers list..

A couple of months ago I found this company, pretty awesome company, they provide you with cold calling real estate experts reps with no hourly payment at all, good american english and at the same time you pay around $0.15 or less per skiptraced lead, they are the lowest in the market, id been killing myself trying to find something like this, the best thing is that they do a high quality because they use those numbers to get leads and thats how they make money, so basically they will always provide you with a high quality skiptracing service.

Only two local stations seemed to have covered it (an english and spanish station) and although big at the time, it wasn't big enough where I heard about the incident.
