I like to think of using these mindsets like tools in a toolbox.

There are rent comparison tools that will make sure you're charging the right amount for your area.

I can easily set you up on drip campaigns and have MLS updates sent to you, my CRM and local MLS does that work for me (takes me 5 minutes to set up).

Just wandering if anyone else have been unable to use the 70% Calculator in tools?

What are the tools you have (your strengths) in hand to make that happen? 

These smaller targets include daily goals of 20 minutes of reading(love the BP books) or podcast listening, and analyzing 5 deals a day(thanks goodness the web tools work on mobile devices). 

I have been looking for marketing tools myself, and I just cant bring myself to spend the crazy amount of money if the lists are not proven to be beneficial. 

There were no tools or steps to get me through a snap flip at the seminar.
