Are you on public transportation, near bike paths, in a walkable neighborhood?

TRAVEL,TRANSPORT, GROCERIES, WEATHER, NEIGHBORHOOD TO LIVE IN?

I usually do a combination of new/used.If being there yourself isn't an option, I think finding someone somewhat local or within a few hours driving distance (if they have capability to receive/transport items) is the most economical, but it will still cost you.

If you transported them to a state where the cost of living was very affordable they would have the same issues.

Marie (speculation) as it is a boarder city and could be utilized as a central economic hub for transportation, tourism, ect.

Hello my name is Michael Nash, my background is in transportation, I have no experience in real estate investing however, I bought a home in 1995 (lost it in divorce).

You would be right next door to Sea-Tac so you have easy access to a major transportation hub.

My biggest beef is their paranoia that someone will make a deal outside of their sphere and the automated message filtering that goes along with it that prevents you from providing information such as tourism and transportation (even bus routes) contact information, etc. which limits your ability to provide service to potential guests.  

Will they take care of the majority of the locating and appraisal of the property or do I still need to find the loggers, transporters, and milling companies..Is there a one-stop shop anywhere?

Because the back is a sheet of aluminum with some MDF protecting the pump at the bottom, you can put these fridges on their backs to transport them in an minivan or SUV.
