Part of the agent's role is to supervise to be sure that nothing bad happens, or to work to rectify it if it does.Either way, always advise the tenants well in advance (according to the terms of your lease) and tell them to secure all valuables (money, jewelry), prescription and weapons.I also recommend minimizing the intrusion on the tenants by scheduling group showings at specified times only.

I heard the other day google with its investment in sidewalk labs believes Toronto will be the largest tech hub/employer in North America after San Francisco...That being said, all the negative sentiment that we hear in the news is rhetoric.

This was commercial and it was a bar, but they had to close the pool, they lasted about another year and it was closed, so in that environment, insurance was probably the demise of the business.Another commercial property has a pool and insurance is a bit of an issue but not much, it's an indoor pool and used for diving lessons with constant supervision, not an issue really.Motels and resorts get significantly hit on insurance for pools, some close the outdoor pools, many are not 8' anymore, like 6 or 4'.

As a broker, you may.In two weeks, you won't be near qualified to do underwriting, that's to pass a test to do secondary market loans, taking the application, not having loan approval, it's the entry level of taking the app and loan processing and you'll be supervised.

I assume they need average rehab because they all seem to and make my offer accordingly.The walk-through and inspection is really only to find anything out of the ordinary like a meth lab or sinkhole.
