Today was a pretty busy day actually, so this is how my day went:8:30 am - 9:00 am - Printed off rental applications and flyers for some new properties I'm showing this weekend.9:00 am - 9:30 am - Went to the banks (3) and made deposits.9:30 am - 9:45 am - Dropped off flyers for a couple rental properties I'm showing at 3 different current tenant's houses.10:30 am - 11:00 am - Stove delivery at a tenant place.

Furnished housing also reduces appliance demand and deterioration like 1 stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher hvac, hot water heater, serves 5 people continuously instead of 5 stoves (etc) over the same 10 year period.

The prior owners said they replaced two fuses in about 15 years, so I guess the 60A per unit has been ok, even with electric stoves.
