WE don't have 100 lot subdivisions here in our neck of the woods that's very rare.. typical is 5 ro maybe 50...

And when vacated, units are left trully in excellent condition, which tells me something about the class of tenants, which is driven by the up-swing in the economy - if I am not careful, I might start believing that the economy really is improving, in spite of an 11% U6 index...And I am eating away at my LTL at break-neck speed.

I know of someone in this neck of the woods that wanted a 40 by 40 basement completely finished (from bare block walls to livable space, complete with carpet and a full bath) and expected to only pay ten thousand for labor, materials, permits, etc.
