Hello Everyone, my name is Barbara, I am a real estate investor in the State of Colorado. Properties along the front range, Ft  Collins south to Pueblo are currently in my wheel house.  

A little about my history.... I was an Emergency medical professional for 26 years.  I am a veteran of the USAF. I had dabbled in real estate, completing a few fix and flips while holding full time employment. After retirement, I started full time with rentals and fix and flips.  

I have completed 7 fix and flips over the past year and a half.  I have a few rentals in the southern states... And  completed a couple of wholesale deals.  I also stage homes for sale, and provide discounts to all veteran owned companies. 

 I am always looking for education, and team building.... agents, wholesalers, contractors..... appraisers, inspectors.... You can never have to many good people on your team
