You can create passive income building a RE team as an agent or just a thriving solo business, but it takes a lot of money in to get a lot of money out and you can't cash-out refi your RE team when you want to upgrade it.

A friend of mine invests in Gloucester City and I've looked into the market but the town as a whole doesn't seem to be thriving.

These children shouldn't be taken from their parents, but they should be provided the necessary healthcare to survive and thrive, which will again (hopefully) give them a chance to break the cycle.
