@Chris LopezAt the risk of diving further into the weeds here, I got another email from DORA compiling the guidance being given to appraisers.For instance, Fannie Mae's temporary guidance that includes allowance for exterior-only appraisals for many deals.There's that and more of the info for those want to bore themselves here: http://www.appraisalfoundation.org/iMIS/TAF/Coronavirus_and_Appraisers.aspxHaven't seen a Denver or Colorado Springs deal like this, but I'm sure they're coming.
