Tastes way better than being a smug guy who requested free help on the internet 

The water always tastes awful to me.  

Also, talk to the lender and a Realtor in the area about resale values - they aren't always as good for a modular (truth is I'm not a fan of them - they always look like a modular on the outside no matter how nice the inside is... just my opinion & taste). 

That being said, I can add a touch of cream or whole milk and the taste is spot on.I promise that I get no coffee kick backs - just straight caffeine :). 

You can cheer for whomever you want to cheer, but you really need to come to Oxford at some point and get a taste of the best pregame party in college football.

Jasmine,Yes it can be done, it depends on the house, the extent of the repairs, your contractors, your taste!

We have been on the sidelines for some time due to the really bad taste we had from our experience but have made the decision to get back on in the game.

My tastes have change from moving a mountain with bass and the air rushing through my body to a more high end refined system with ultra quality.It's kind of an art form as a landlord to place tenants in units together that have similar lifestyles and beliefs so that they do not clash often on things and the peace is kept.No legal advice.
