But then you've also have an agreement that is NOT disclosed to the first mortgage lender and you're now in loan fraud territory.

I'm in a similar situation and bought just over a year ago in Kent.Also, make sure you do talk to a mortgage broker sooner rather than later: You're getting into jumbo loan territory...
