Hello, BP newbie here.  We just finished our first house flip.  Looking for the next project.  

Meanwhile, I'm looking for recommendations of good professionals to work with in Fredericton, New Brunswick:  real estate lawyer, accountant, agents, etc.  Who do you like working with?  Who has given you valuable advice to help you with you real estate investments, guide you on tax decisions, etc.?
