This has been one of the most relaxing Sundays in a long time!

Exercise makes your muscles physically tired, but you'll actually feel more energized from it.

Even with all of the research we do there still is the angel and devil on each shoulder (animal house reference - showing my age) telling us everything is okay when its not and the other side, you did the research just relax. 

This has been relaxed in many programs and there are loans out there that don't require this at all.  

Bro you gotta relax and get some fresh air.

His taking care of our home life enables me to relax more from my stressful W2 job which allows us to pour more into our investments and so on....

I put in about 70 hours the past 5 days fixing it up and am at a good point now where I can hopefully relax for a little bit and collect rent haha. 

I wrote out how I’ll achieve each goals and why I want to achieve the goal as suggested and realized that my goal setting muscle needs work. 

However now the State and subsequently the city, have relaxed the codes to encourage homeowners to build.

Relax, read, go to the wholesaler’s forum and read, go to your local REIA club and listen and watch, be yourself, keep your eyes and ears open.
