I provided free 'pods' for two weeks.

In at least one rural Idaho County, Butte County, their policy is that tenant’s items cannot leave their county and since there is no licensed and bonded storage facility, a landlord has to pay for a lockable pod to be transported into the county by a moving company!

It will have a mod to high refrigerator, washer and dryer.

I don't want to get slammed for self promotion by the BP mods though so I'll shoot it to you off of this thread and would be happy to continue the debate with you afterwords.

Bigger Pockets does have good pod casts but let's try a more focused approach as well: Post in the Bigger Pockets STATE forum that you are looking in.

So just putting the other side of the coin out there.REal estate is a long game and should be played that way.. not hey I can get into deals with no money and buy 50 in a year with no cash no experience etc.. its good for selling guru programs or advertising a pod cast but in practice highly risky way to go about it.

@Jiri B.Not likely to make much of a ripple since that is what’s being pushed by a lot of BP pod cast promote that.

You have to have some knowledge and some skills and know your numbers for it to work out the way it sounds on the pod casts.
