Here is the link to the credit underwriting guide from the VA https://www.benefits.va.gov/WARMS/docs/admin26/pam...I don't see a specific FICO score minimum in there. 

As always, state laws will be the best guide.

The title company or attorney will guide you through the transaction and you can complete these forms during escrow.

Questions, that I feel are better answered by a local professional.I would humbly like to request a recommendation for a good (patient) buyer's agent, that would assist in guiding me through the specifics of the Eugene real estate market and help my wife and I find a home that is a sound long-term investment.
