RENC is the most disappointing REIA meeting experience I have ever been to.

I assumed that because this is a company with an apparent good reputation the call was definitely coming but to my disappointment the call never came.

That one has been a disappointment thus far, mainly because it is costing me $, and putting me behind now as far as buying more rental properties.

They get to learn and get paid for it.I don’t know if any education program that after you graduate you get your money back plus 10% interest.When I have mentioned this option to new investors, many times they are not ready to invest or they are disappointed because they think they should be able to get half of the profits because they lent 10 or 20k for the rehab and they want more of the deal.  

Just wish the PM would have paid more attention, I get you guys aren’t contractors but you all would have been very disappointed.

I can't actually remember specifically why I dropped them, I think I just didn't have a grasp of what exactly I was looking for and was disappointed that it couldn't do what I needed it to.  

I was not disappointed.

When I told my PM that I have a new property for him to manage, he was a bit disappoint that I used another agent.

Liz, Sorry you were disappointed to learn that it requires reading and studying to create a land trust.

I was disappointed to get that advice, but am glad I did.
