Once you create a campaign and delete the campaign it still remains on your web page.

tried to delete a duplicate Post but this system won’t allow us to delete our comment

On a thread about rent control I called the politicians that support it "clowns" and that was deleted as being "political".  

Ive heard skip trace delete em some have come back vacant those I want to keep?

I just took the time to delet over 600 emails and read 4, replied to 2.

Oh yeah and the time one of the wholesaler maketing services (sms spam iirc) set up a fake profile using the stolen identity of an nyc veterinarian on this website and lied through their teeth until they got caught, at which time biggerpockets deleted the whole thread. 

I am a property manager, and I guarantee you that no attorney is going to tell you to delete sections from the TAR lease and use it as your own.
