Investing in “The Berry!”

Happy New Year! Looking forward to 2022.  I’m doing more and more business in New Iberia.  Are there any New Iberia investors looking to make connections with other investors out there? If you are one of those investors, or want to be, what do you need help with? How’s the market from what y’all are seeing?

Happy New Year,

My husband, David, and I have single family homes and duplexes in New Iberia that we manage ourselves.  There are not enough rentals in New Iberia for the needs now. Great place to invest in rentals.
