Any suggestions on what to do to add curb appeal for refinance?

In the past 2 weeks alone my good neighbors and I have witnessed hand-to-hand drug transactions right on the curb while looking out the window in the middle of the day, prowling creepy trespassers hiding out underneath our decks and on our porches in the middle of the night, a huge amount of vehicle traffic visiting the property all night and even a parked car on the street with two adults in it coming down from very hard drugs (authorities were called promptly). 

(You didn't say)Tub and shower is cheaper - no pan, curb, mop or liner.

No an owner or seller or buyer can't just go change the locks and put people on the curb for non payment.

This is an emerging trend, as many young people still exercise the dream of their parents and move south.Affordability will curb the growth in some markets on the west coast and in the south to smaller gains; it seems very possible that we will see a trend change in which markets will grow the fastest over the next decade. 

Redfin agent arrived on time, nice clean car, dressed professionally, and I was immediately impressed with her understanding of the shifting market, the recent sales nearby, and she made a few suggestions to enhance the curb appeal and interior, which I completely agreed when she pointed them out.

I check my own locks through the app, check the thermostat through the app, and I pay the next door neighbor to cart the trash to the curb Sunday evening and bring the cans back Monday morning (he also cuts my grass, so it's just built in) so the cleaners can just concentrate on cleaning and that's it.When I stay at an STR I gather towels, run the dishwasher, put anything back where it was supposed to be, and cart all trash out to the cans and put the cans on the street if I'm there during trash pickup time.

The cops took every one off to jail, put all the stuff out on the curb, and made him informally evict; he was sad, he said they kept the place real nice and never paid late

It's very old (1880s), needs a tremendous amount of work and has relatively little curb appeal to make it a viable STR.

Well, that I guess that means raising rates is working as the intent is to curb demand and rising prices.
