There is a Catholic church a block away and a brand new elementary school two blocks to the south.

Great deal on the smallest, most beat up property on a nice block type of thing gives you lots of upside.

Some blocks are less desirable and some are very desirable, one mile could be a huge difference.

A few blocks one way or another can make a difference.

Bought a 4/3 block house for $ 15,765,Went to the clerk's office and bought it,registered the deed, and called my Realtor.Drove toward the house, stopped at Home Depot and bought new locksets.Met Realtor at the house... drilled the locks for access, and as I was changing locks, she took pictures.

So I found this great HUD Owned large 3 story Victorian Col on corner double lot, one block from waterfront n view from 3rd floor with open and enclosed porches,  in the best part of town I grew up. 

I have used Block & Associates with my (single family) units and they have been fantastic.I'd probably recommend Park Avenue Properties for such a large complex.

Perhaps a few blocks out of the area.

Com company but after people in Illinois area connected to me on linked in they blocked me. 

The building is concrete block and previous owners built on the side of it another "Wooden frame" store front which is "attached".Each unit is being rented out under market value, and decent condition.The property does not have a CO (calling town this week) but is in working condition and fully rented out. which is strange?
