Yes, the property sits very close to the dividing line of Southeast and Southwest (which is S Saunders St).  

@michaelsiekerka Trip Advisor released this report last Thursday (2/13/14) the day you posted: http://www.tripadvisor.com/PressCenter-i6602-c1-Press_Releases.html It validates your thoughts on Marco Island, in regards to southeast and beach destinations, but it does appear that there are nearly 100 listings for the area on VRBO alone.

The next year we had P&C, another script, I was doing well so he didn't dog me as they do, I led the southeast quarter of the country in apps taken the first month and the largest P&C agency in my district the first year.

I could use a referral for a decent property manager for a house on the southeast side of Tucson by the airplane graveyard.

I live in Southeast Gilbert, a stone's throw from the area.  

Cash flow markets are mostly Midwest and southeast

Then of course that South-East inner loop area that I like because it's super cheap, great retruns, yet inside the loop and close to freeways/downtown.
