Hi yall,

I want to introduce myself. I have been investing in real estate since 2005. My husband and I bought a shotgun house that we lived in and fixed up. We then built a new house on the same property and rented it. We have managed one property ourselves and have hired a property manager while we lived in the state and out the state.
We were fed up with banks and have decided to invest with cash only. We only want to put in $15000 into each property. This includes the house, fix up costs, inspection, title, and travel to Atlanta. We are also looking for a 20% annual ROI of the $15,000. So we need a place with high rents. We have been told that what we are looking for doesn't exit, but it doesn't hurt to see whats out there. I am looking for other people who are doing what I want to do.
