I think that leaders in all industry have become that way because they have found weaknesses in the industries they represent and filled in the gaps.

So recognizing this I say to myself as a leader in this Indiustry this is my "responsability" I have the Ethic of the old school hard core carpenter and the age of the mellenial.

Though I did read today in the Leader Post that the average home price has dropped a few thousand, a reported "cooling off" of the real estate market.Needless to say, many apartments are turning to condo's, and my friends apartment has more than trippled since he first resided there three years ago.It's worth a looking in.
