With smaller tenant with no credit they could use shoddy contractors and do more harm to the unit then good and ruin the look of the center.So you put clause in lease that tenant will use licensed and insured contractors that are specialists for each job performed with the correct permits and that they will defend against any contractor liens placed against the property.No legal advice given.

because I think it's safer to put your funds in RE than in the b anks. you need to consider this can be a huge surge that will not only harm the RE market, the stock market but also the gen financial system.
