Out of state property viewing
I live in Seattle and I am looking at out of state properties in a couple of cities with good cashflow, one of the problem I have right now is finding real estate agents in those cities. I might have to fly down to look at those properties and I need a reliable agent to spend the time with me in showing me those properties and make my trip worth it since, I will be flying for a day or 2.
What do other investors in this community do when they are looking for out of state properties? Has anyone become a real estate agent/write the exam just for viewing properties on their own without depending on anyone ?
