Hello All,

I am a full-time firefighter/paramedic in the Chicagoland area. I am very interested in making a passive income with real estate, I just really don't know where to start. If anyone has any ideas in how I could started I would greatly appreciate any and all advice.

Thanks,

Scott

@Scott Harm

Welcome to the forums! I would recommend first getting started by house hacking a 2-4 unit property. You'll want to connect with a lender to discuss your financing options.
