Some of these properties would be perfect candidates for individuals that are looking to have a little property, maybe have a horse or two, but still within commutable distance to the Denver Metro area.

Took equipment (after a call to local dealers) and a champion quarter horse stud (after calling a relative who also had some champion qrt. horses who knew the horse and would buy it).

The reason I wasn't looking to go both routes is I don't want to unnecessarily spin brokers' wheels if we're both going straight to the horse's mouth (unless the broker can get better rates). 

A service animal (it could be a horse, bird, or even a rat) is NOT a pet, and YES, a case was upheld allowing a RAT as a service pet.

So far I have single family homes and horse farms.

I just want to make sure my money is backing the right horse for my location.

I could give you guesses, as can probably a lot of people on here, but it'd be faster and more accurate to just go straight to the horse's mouth.

Talk about beating a dead horse for 3 years straight.This entire thread is full of affiliates stating how wonderful it is, people with bad experiences stating so, and then these same affiliates defending Renatus like it was the Alamo.

But there's nothing like hearing it straight from the horse's mouth.
